Sous Vide – a method of slow-cooking in a vacuum-sealed pouch – ensures that food retains all of its flavours and aroma, with the end result being a delicious and flavourful dish!

Ingredients: Chicken • Marinara sauce (water, tomato paste, diced tomatoes [tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid, calcium chloride], red wine [wine, salt, sulphites], olive oil, sugar, carrots, onions, salt, corn starch, garlic dehydrated, canola oil, spices, citric acid, sodium benzoate) • Red bell pepper • Mushroom (mushroom, water, salt, citric acid, ascorbic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate) • Water • Modified vinegar • Salt • Dehydrated parsley • Spice

Heating Instructions

Microwave (1000w)

  • Gently massage contents before opening.
  • Cut open sealed pouch, and empty contents into the tray provided and cover with a paper towel.
  • Heat on high for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through heating time.
  • Remove from microwave carefully as contents may be hot. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before consuming.

Stovetop

  • Gently massage contents before opening.
  • Cut open sealed pouch, and empty contents into a deep saucepan.
  • Heat uncovered on stovetop on Medium-Low heat, stirring occasionally for 18 to 21 minutes.
  • Carefully transfer to the provided tray or serving dish. Allow to rest before consuming.
